Generic discounts devalue your brand. Use Strategic Promotions instead:
- Early Bird (6 Months Ahead): Secures your fixed costs early.
- Multi-Buy (Group Discount): Lower the price per person only if PAX > 6. This increases your 'Revenue per Tour' while lowering 'Revenue per Head'.
- Last-Minute Recovery: Valid only for tours taking place in the next 48 hours for un-sold inventory.

Every promo code should have a specific tag. Review the 'Marketing' tab to see which codes are driving actual profit and which are simply eroding your margins.
