The API 'Update' Loop
When an OTA guest modifies their date on their end, the OTA sends an API pulse to Odybook. Our system automatically checks if the new date is available. If YES, it updates your manifest and sends a confirmation; if NO, it alerts the OTA to inform the guest.
Communication Boundaries
While OTAs hide guest emails, we capture their phone number for SMS. Use this for logistics, but always keep 'Financial' conversations on the OTA platform to comply with their Terms of Service and protect your account from suspension.
